In Home Services:

Though the scope of every project is different, each on-site project is priced in 3-hour blocks at $349. Subsequent visits start at $149 for the first hour, and $100 for each additional hour.*

A block includes:
  • A two-person professional organizing team to optimize the time allotted
  • Guided decluttering with tips to set you up for success
  • A digital workbook for you to keep (our Blueprint for Success Guide) that can be useful for any decluttering and organizing project. It includes worksheets, and tips and tricks for every area.
  • Creating organization that fits your family
  • Custom labels for drawers, bins, baskets, closets, etc.
  • Removal of donations that will fit in our vehicle in one trip. Client disposes of their trash
  • Customized maintenance plan that could include task and/or chore lists
  • One 30-minute follow-up appointment approximately 4 weeks after initial project is complete (via Zoom or phone) to tweak any systems not working optimally 
  • Client must be available during the entire visit. We work with you to make sure we create spaces that work for you and your family.

*Pricing does not include deep cleaning, hauling away trash, or the purchase of storage furniture, bins, boxes, and baskets.

We reserve the right to take on or decline clients based on our pre-assessment of the project scope. This assessment can be completed by sending MNM pictures of the project area, or by video call prior to the first visit.

What projects can be completed in a 3-hour block?

Of course, this is subject to the scope, size, and use of the space.  But here are some smaller projects that can often be completed in that time frame:

  • Pantry
  • Walk-in closet
  • Entry hall or mudroom
  • Small laundry room
  • Craft closet

Some of these projects and other larger projects will need multiple 3-hour blocks to complete. Pricing for multiple 3-hour blocks is eligible for a discount. 

 Joy and Victoria have a heart for those standing in the gap as foster parents, and adoptive families. We offer a 10% discount, stackable with the discount for scheduling subsequent projects.

Larger Project Sample pricing:

If you have a larger project, and you need to economize your plan, we offer virtual decluttering and organizing services after the initial 3-hour on-site block has been completed. 

This option might look like:
  • Our two person team will work with you on-site, with all the benefits of the In-Home Services above.
  • Established regular Zoom or phone-and-photo check ins with more guided decluttering and organizing
  • Inspiration and encouragement in the form of assignments, accountability, and progress!
  • Tips to develop and implement new habits and systems that will keep all your hard work from returning to its former state!

 Fee for initial 3-hour block: $349, plus $55 per virtual session (up to an hour).
