- A two-person on-site team to optimize the time allotted.
- Work beside the client through guided decluttering with checklists and training to set them up for success.
- Practical homework assignments if needed for longer projects.
- Our Blueprint for Success Guide helps clients complete continuing projects beyond the scope of the blocks purchased.
- Up to three phone or Zoom check ins with your client if the project extends the time allotted on-site to help meet their deadline.
- Labeling and tracking system for items and boxes that need to be removed but will be moving with them.
- Maintenance plan that could include task and/or chore lists to keep the home ready for showings.
- Use the client’s belongings to stage the home optimally for listing photos and showings. This can only be done after decluttering is close to completion.
Though the scope of every project is different, each project is priced in 3-hour blocks at $349. Pricing does not include deep cleaning, hauling away trash, or the purchase of storage furniture, bins, boxes, and baskets. Some of these projects and other larger projects will need multiple 3-hour blocks to complete. Pricing for multiple 3-hour blocks is eligible for a discount.
