In Home Services:

Though the scope of every project is different, each project is priced in 3-hour blocks at $349.*

A block includes:
  • A two-person team to optimize the time allotted
  • Guided decluttering with checklists and training to set you up for success (our Blueprint for Success).
  • Creating organization that fits your family
  • Custom labels for drawers, bins, baskets, closets, etc.
  • Removal of donations that will fit in our vehicle in one trip
  • Scheduling of subsequent 3-hour blocks as needed to complete the project
  • Customized maintenance plan that could include task and/or chore lists
  • One 30-minute follow-up appointment approximately 4 weeks after initial project is complete (via Zoom or phone) to tweak any systems not working optimally 

*Pricing does not include deep cleaning, hauling away trash, or the purchase of storage furniture, bins, boxes, and baskets.

What projects can be completed in a 3-hour block?

Of course, this is subject to the scope, size, and use of the space.  But here are some smaller projects that can often be completed in that time frame:

  • Pantry
  • Walk-in closet
  • Entry hall or mudroom
  • Small laundry room
  • Craft closet

Some of these projects and other larger projects will need multiple 3-hour blocks to complete. Pricing for multiple 3-hour blocks is eligible for a discount. 

 Joy and Victoria have a heart for those standing in the gap as foster parents. We offer a 10% discount, stackable with the discount for scheduling subsequent projects.

  • Market-Ready Home Organization: We guide your clients through decluttering and organizing their homes to make them stand out from the competition. Our Blueprint for Success Guide helps clients maintain and complete ongoing projects beyond the scope of our time with them. We focus on high-impact areas like kitchens, closets, and living spaces.
  • Move-In/Move-Out Assistance: We assist clients with decluttering and organizational tools to make their packing/unpacking as stress-free as possible, whether they are leaving the listed home or moving into it.
  • Office and Workflow Organization for Your Real Estate Team: We will work with your team to organize your workflow, your time, and your personal and shared work environment. Our Blueprint for Workplace Success Guide provides the template to continue making progress in your work and environment.

Base Rates: One hour – $149. Subsequent hours $100 each hour.

  • Small Projects like a pantry, closet, or entry typically take 3-5 hours at $349-$549.
  • Medium Projects like a bedroom, kitchen, or home office typically take 4-8 hours at $449-$849.
  • Large Projects like whole-home, or move in projects typically take 8-15+ hours at $849+.
  • Office, workflow, time management. This can be assessed based on the needs of your team. Typically, 2-4 hours at $249- $449.
.Note: The scope and estimated time of the project will be established after a video walkthrough.

Customized Seminars: 

We can customize a seminar specifically for your group’s decluttering and organizational needs. Think about your teacher friends, Homeschool coop, business office, or Mom’s group. Decluttering and organizing is about establishing systems and habits – these systems are universal to all the areas of your life!

A customized seminar includes:
  • Resources to help your group determine your personal organizational style so you will know what systems will work best.
  • A digital workbook (our Blueprint for Success) that can be useful for any decluttering and organizing project. It includes worksheets, and tips and tricks for every area.
  • Training, inspiration, and encouragement in the form of assignments, accountability, and fun!
  • Tips to develop and implement new habits and systems that will keep all your hard work from returning to its former state!
  • Workflow systems to keep everything running smoothly.
