I know for me, I get into a slump, but I find it hard to reboot my goals when discouragement sets in. Do you have someone with whom you can make a pact, someone to set goals and check in with each other?\u00a0 Any task is more fun \u2013 and productive \u2013 with accountability! Start a text thread with friends, and send each other before and afters. Get your sister or best friend on board. Make it a competition with your kids. Use your community to encourage you.
